Our sample costs are calculated based on product specifications and development requirements. We determine our lead time based on product specifications, manufacturing requirements, customization level, sampling requirements, and finishing processes. Our lead time for a wholesale purchase will partly differ from that of an OEM or custom development project. With wholesale workflows generally ranging between 2-3 weeks, there are multiple factors that will determine the established lead time for an OEM or custom project. Pre-production phases including CAD development, prototyping, sampling, and sample approval will affect the overall lead time for such projects. In all, we do not guarantee an established lead time for a particular type of project, as we are committed to providing only honest and achievable estimates. Instead, we try to maximize each enterprise and give it the time, care, and attention it needs to bring the satisfaction our clients desire. We establish a realistic production schedule and communicate this with our clients, pursuing transparency in each of our partnerships, every step of the way.

Depending on the order and market compliance requirements, KODD can provide documentation specific to the product and the precious metal used. Furthermore, we offer an official assay verification report to confirm precious metal fineness as needed.

First, we prioritize the safety of your products during our careful packing process, taking into consideration type, quantity, and physical requirements when securing your jewelry in an appropriate shipping box. In addition, we aim to deliver your package at a fair cost, avoiding unnecessary packaging volume that could increase international logistics charges. Combining secure packaging with reasonable pricing, we seek to create the best possible experience for our clients. Shipping methods are then selected according to destination, order requirements, and the most reliable carrier available. Subject to carrier options, tracking details will be provided.

Our standard terms are Free on Board (FOB). All import duties, taxes, and destination fees are the sole responsibility of the client and vary by location. Due to fluctuating international logistics costs, specific shipping arrangements and freight charges are finalized on an order-by-order basis in direct consultation with the client.
